The four subcategories each have their place in recovering from life. Life is stressful and while movement can help reduce stress, we need to counterbalance it with practices that reinvigorate and restore us to continue climbing our own mountain. The sleeping environment has significant impact on the quality of our sleep, adjusting the listed parameters. We can influence our short and long term response to stress in how we breathe, which can be impacted by posture. Meditation, a current buzzword, does not have to be daunting, complicated, or esoteric; there are simple methods that can be impactful. Finally, rest is the things that we do for enjoyment. Think of it as that feeling of pleasure you get from whatever activities bring you happiness.
As part of our services, we guide and train in these areas to give you another tool to manage pain and stress and balance your life. It is another pillar of our management strategy that is interconnected with the others, being the yang to the movement ying. Let us help reduce your burden.
