Fast Facts

What does it mean to be Christian-based?

Everything we do is rooted in a relationship with God. Our mission is to promote a healthy lifestyle to reduce so that you can better serve God through others.

For Individuals

How much will this cost me?

We do not take insurance. Further, we cannot offer our cash-based services to folks with Medicare, as this violates a CMS regulation. This regulation requires therapists to bill for skilled, medically necessary services, which our services are. The cost of our services is a flat fee of $130.00 per hour. We can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

How does this all work?

After an initial evaluation, we can discuss how often you should be seen based off our findings. We will respect your input, time restrictions, and resources. This begins a “plan of care”. Reassessments are typically done every 30 days but this can be adjusted as necessary. This is to revisit goals and adjust our plan as needed. A plan of care can end when both parties agree, such as when goals are met, services are no longer needed, etc. Our intention is to operate on a continuum of care, similar to how services are with your primary care physician. This means you can start and end a plan of care but there is no formal discharge from the ministry unless there is reason to do so. This is not a replacement for primary care, but a supplement.

For Organizations

How does this all work?

We meet with you for an initial discussion and consultation to determine your needs and how we can be of service. We then formulate a plan for group sessions, including times, frequency, and type, based on your business. We periodically conduct metrics as feedback and meet with you to discuss impact and improvements.
