Fast Facts
- We are Christian based, so everything we do is rooted in a relationship with God.
- Our mission, in a nutshell, is to promote a healthy lifestyle to reduce the effects of chronic pain so that you can better serve God through others.
- We do not take insurance. Further, we cannot offer our cash-based services to folks with Medicare, as this violates a CMS regulation. This regulation requires therapists to bill for skilled, medically necessary services, which our services are.
- The cost of our services is a flat fee of $130.00 per hour.
- After an initial evaluation, we can discuss how often you should be seen based off our findings. We will respect your input, time restrictions, and resources. This begins a “plan of care”.
- Reassessments are typically done every 30 days but this can be adjusted as necessary. This is to revisit goals and adjust our plan as needed.
- A plan of care can end when both parties agree, such as when goals are met, services are no longer needed, etc.
- Our intention is to operate on a continuum of care, similar to how services are with your primary care physician. This means you can start and end a plan of care but there is no formal discharge from the ministry unless there is reason to do so. This is NOT a replacement for primary care, but a supplement.
