Nutrition can be complicated. The important thing to be successful is the combination of balance, cost, enjoyment, and taste that is specific to you. As above, there is the physical food and drink we ingest for calories. Then there are supplements, which ideally fill in the gaps where the first category lacks. Finally, there is our relationship with food and how it influences choices. There are near endless sub-categories but this is a good starting point.

Refer to the blog posts for more insight on the above and of course we will discuss all this and more in sessions. We can’t give specific dietary plans and advice, as this is out of the scope of practice. However, we can give guidance and be a companion as you explore options. We look forward to seeing you!
